We may also collect technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

We use information to provide and administer Core Plant Intelligence (CPI), authenticate users, manage subscriptions, respond to enquiries, support customers, maintain security, improve the platform and meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
03Customer operational data
Customer data remains associated with the relevant customer environment. Access within CPI is intended to be controlled by tenant, site, role and permissions. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide information uploaded or connected to the platform.

We may use service providers for hosting, payments, communications, analytics and other infrastructure required to deliver the service. Information is shared only as reasonably required for those services and subject to applicable arrangements.
05Data security
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and customers should maintain appropriate account, credential and access-control practices.
