01Service
Core Plant Intelligence (CPI) is a management intelligence platform provided by CorePlant Advisory for mining, civil and heavy mobile fleet operations. Features may include Maintenance, Fuel, Labour, Parts & Inventory, reporting, analytics and related intelligence tools.
02Accounts and authorised use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and use the service only for authorised business purposes. Customer administrators are responsible for managing appropriate access to their organisation's environment.
03Operational decisions
CPI provides information and decision support. It does not replace professional engineering, maintenance, safety, financial or operational judgement. Customers remain responsible for decisions, inspections, statutory obligations and safe operation of equipment.
04Customer data
Customers retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and authority to use data they provide or connect. The customer grants the permissions reasonably necessary for CPI to process that data to provide the service.
05Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected or the applicable customer agreement. Public CPI module pricing is shown in USD per mine site per month unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are additional. Suite and Enterprise arrangements may be governed by separate contractual terms.
06Trials
CPI offers a guided 90-day trial that must be applied for and approved by CPI; submitting an application does not start a trial. A guided trial covers one site and one starting module, has a nominated customer contact and agreed measurable goals, and is reviewed at days 30, 60 and 80. The 90-day period starts only when CPI confirms onboarding readiness and activates the trial. Applying, approval and activation require no card, create no charge and create no automatic paid subscription. Subscription prices are shown before applying and apply only if the customer chooses to subscribe after the trial. A free demonstration using sample data is a separate, no-obligation option.
07Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, changed or updated as the platform develops. Material contractual commitments agreed separately with a customer prevail over general website descriptions.
08Intellectual property
Core Plant Intelligence (CPI), its software, design, branding and platform materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Customers retain ownership of their customer data, subject to rights required to provide the service.
09Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, misuse another customer's data, introduce malicious code or use the service unlawfully.
